I bought a pair of Ugg Tazz in November and paid by credit card.
A few weeks later FedEx wanted to deliver after I have paid customs duty for a delivery from China. I did not order fake Uggs from China and refused the delivery.
Till today I did not get my money back (144 €) and FedEx asks me to pay for the delivery.
This are the explanations they made: „ We advocate for animal welfare. The material used in UGG manufacturing is based on animal mistreatment. You can watch various videos that state and demonstrate this. All components are exactly the same, same materials, same quality. Only the fur is different. This is considered more ethical. If this explanation doesn't satisfy you, we apologize, but the brand is highly detrimental to animals.“ And: „ The website does mention that it's possible to get a refund. However, it also clearly states that there are exceptions, such as personalized products, promotional items, or if a promotional code was used.
In your purchase, the pair originally cost 180 euros, but you paid 144 euros after applying a promo code.“
So, if you buy at ShoesbyIara, be clear that you don’t get originals and don’t get your money back in case of before offered possible returns.
