General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between byiara and the end customer, within the framework of the sale of products and/or services offered by byiara on its website.

Article 2 – Products and Services

The products and services offered by byiara are described with the greatest possible precision on the website. However, byiara cannot be held responsible for minor differences that may exist between the description of the products and services and the products and services themselves.

Article 3 – Orders

Orders placed by the customer on the website are deemed final upon acceptance of payment by byiara. Byiara reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of non-payment, refused payment or suspicion of fraud.

Article 4 – Price

The prices of products and services are indicated on the Byiara website, in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Byiara reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment for products and services is made online, by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the Byiara website. Payment is secured by an SSL encryption system. In the event of non-payment, Byiara reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery of the products is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, within an average of 10 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed. In the event of late delivery, the customer will not be able to claim any compensation. If on the private parcel site it is marked “delivered” unfortunately byiara cannot do anything, you will have to reorder.

Article 7 – Returns and Refunds

The customer has 5 days from receipt of the products to return them to byiara if they are not suitable. Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. The refund will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned products. Please note that we will not reimburse our shipping costs which are €14.55. If an exchange is made, we will not reimburse the administration fee which is €5.99.

Exceptions: Some products may not be eligible for return or refund, such as personalized products, promotional products, or have used a promotional code.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All elements present on the byiara website, whether visual or audio, are the exclusive property of byiara. Any reproduction, total or partial, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Article 9 – Personal Data

The personal data collected by byiara during the order is necessary for processing the order and managing the commercial relationship between byiara and the customer. In accordance with the IT and freedoms law of January 6

We use a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or keyword, you agree that we may send you text message notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text message marketing offers. Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, a European Union company headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing messages and SMS notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link we have provided to you in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out.
